Βαρσοβία: Guide
Η Βαρσοβία είναι η πρωτεύουσα της Πολωνία| Πολωνίας και μεγαλύτερη πόλη της. Βρίσκεται στον ποταμό Βιστούλας|Βιστούλα, 370 χλμ από την ακτή της θάλασσας της Βαλτική|Βαλτικής και από τα Καρπάθια όρη. Ο πληθυσμός της το 2004 υπολογίστηκε σε 1.692.900, ενώ η ευρύτερη μητροπολιτική περιοχή έχει περίπου 2.760.000 κατοίκους.
Η έκταση της πόλης ανέρχεται σε 516,9 χμ², ενώ η μητροπολιτική περιοχή της Βαρσοβίας (Obszar Metropolitalny Warszawy) έχει έκταση 6.100,43 χμ².
Η Βαρσοβία είναι διεθνώς γνωστή από το Σύμφωνο της Βαρσοβίας.
